Lounge & Learn

  • Are you a hands on learner?

  • Do you learn best in small intimate groups?

  • Do you want access to your teacher long after the workshop ends?

  • Do you need to build your portfolio in order to start booking clients?

  • Is photography terminology confusing you?

GREAT! This workshop is for you! I am going to share how I grew my wedding photography business from 3 weddings to 18 weddings in ONE YEAR.

We are going to discuss wedding photography, marketing, business, posing, lighting, and workflow.  We will spend a weekend together in a home near Bozeman, Montana.  I am keeping the group small (8-10 people) so everyone is included in discussion and learning.  We will be ending the weekend with a gorgeous styled shoot of a bride and groom.

I've designed this workshop for two reasons.

1) I've had many of you reach out asking to be an intern or to second shoot for me.  As much as I'd love to spend one on one time with each of you, I unfortunately don't have the extra time to teach all of you individually.

2) I needed this workshop when I started! I'm such a hands on learner, but I was often inside on my computer trying to learn. Or, I would attend a workshop with so many people that I was too embarrassed to ask some of the basic questions I had about exposure, composition, posing, and lighting.  I walked away from many workshops discouraged because I had just spent $500 for a half day workshop and walked away with no new knowledge.
